The training centers on mechanical room realities that directly affect retrofit success, with emphasis on the small but critical details that are frequently missed and often responsible for performance issues, failed inspections, rework, or safety concerns.

- Common retrofit pitfalls involving venting, combustion air, gas delivery, electrical power, piping, and accessories
- Proper application of condensing vs. non-condensing boilers and water heaters, and the risks of misapplication
- Service and clearance constraints that affect safety, code compliance, operability, and long-term performance
- Red flags that frequently surface during installation and startup, including conditions that create safety or liability concerns

Having worked in countless mechanical rooms across the U.S. and Canada, his instruction is grounded in real-world challenges.
