The Arctic utilizes some of the most proven and tested industrial water boiler components in the industry. Flexible water tubes inside the Arctic naturally expand and contract during heating and have been used for decades in various hydronic products. This flex tube takes heat from inside the boiler to warm and distribute water with a 95% thermal efficiency. In attaching these flex tubes to the headers, Thermal Solutions utilizes no welds and provides a lifetime warranty on the seal where the two are attached together. It is because of this design that the Arctic is the only field repairable heat exchanger in the commercial condensing boilers market. Thermal Solutions also offers the Arctic in a knockdown configuration if necessary for on-site assembly and maneuverability.
